Every source on this page runs as a deterministic scraper on a published cadence. When a new audition or grant appears at the source, it appears on Stage Door Society within hours — no admin queue, no human triage step.
If a row can't be deterministically parsed, it is dropped rather than guessed at. We ship empty before we ship wrong.

ACA Network Directory — Drupal-rendered index of ~400 artist residencies across 16 pages. We filter to cards whose application type is 'Open application' AND whose title/description matches the same performing-arts keyword allowlist used by Submittable + Res Artis. Replaces standalone catalog entries that the Alliance directory now subsumes (Yaddo, Jacob's Pillow, Bates, Djerassi, etc.).
Res Artis (Worldwide Network of Arts Residencies) — public open-calls index of ~300 currently-open artist residencies. We filter at ingestion time on the same performing-arts keyword allowlist used by Submittable; non-arts residencies are silently skipped. One grants_and_competitions row per kept card with a parsed 'DD MMM YYYY' deadline.
