By accessing or using Stage Door Society (the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Legacy Group International, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Stage Door Society ('Stage Door Society', 'we', or 'us'). By creating an account or using any features of the Platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
Stage Door Society is a cultural discovery and intelligence platform for the performing arts. The Platform indexes publicly available information, including streaming availability data, organizational financial disclosures, contract intelligence, and editorial content.
The Platform does not host, store, or distribute copyrighted video or audio content. Streaming links direct users to licensed third-party platforms which SDS does not own or operate.
Certain content on the Platform is generated or synthesized using artificial intelligence. Such content is labeled accordingly and may contain inaccuracies. It is provided for informational purposes only. SDS does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
The Platform contains legal information, financial data, tax information, immigration information, and industry intelligence for educational and informational purposes only. This content does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, or professional advice of any kind.
No attorney-client relationship, financial advisory relationship, or any other professional relationship is created by use of the Platform or any of its features. Information provided through the Platform is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. Always consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction for advice specific to your situation.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use automated means to access the Platform beyond approved API access.
SDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to circumvent subscription tier restrictions.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are in US dollars. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
SDS reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SDS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SDS's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to SDS in the three months preceding the claim.
SDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if SDS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Arbitration: Until a binding arbitration clause is formally adopted and published, no party is required to arbitrate disputes arising from use of the Platform. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law in the courts of New York, New York. This section will be updated upon finalization of arbitration terms.
The SDS platform, brand, editorial content, and proprietary intelligence systems are owned by SDS and its licensors. Except as expressly provided in these terms, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without written permission.
User-submitted content (reviews, community posts, check-ins) remains the property of the user, subject to a non-exclusive license to SDS to display and distribute such content on the Platform.
The Platform displays third-party images, names, titles, trademarks, production artwork, venue images, and performer photographs solely for contextual identification, cultural discovery, factual reporting, commentary, criticism, indexing, and linking to official sources. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only in connection with the performers, productions, venues, and performances they depict. Where known, images are attributed to their source.
No endorsement or affiliation: Unless expressly stated, no featured artist, performer, venue, producer, presenter, company, estate, rights holder, label, or ticketing platform sponsors, endorses, approves, or is affiliated with Stage Door Society. The presence of any image, name, or work on the Platform indicates only that it is the subject of our factual coverage, listings, or discovery features.
Performer images, where displayed, are used only in connection with factual performer profiles, performance listings, production information, cultural coverage, or links to official sources, to identify the performer being discussed or listed. SDS does not use third-party performer images in advertising or marketing for the Platform, and does not imply that any performer endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with SDS.
Corrections and removal: If you are a performer, photographer, venue, rights holder, or representative and wish to request correction, attribution, or removal of an image or other material, contact legal@stagedoorsociety.com or use the report control on the relevant page. We respond promptly and will correct, attribute, replace, or remove material as appropriate.
SDS respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@stagedoorsociety.com with: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Platform (for example, the page URL); (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, SDS will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material identified. SDS may also remove or replace material at its discretion. A party whose material has been removed may submit a counter-notification as provided under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
SDS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
