Takedown Policy

Stage Door Society respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid takedown requests. If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe that content indexed on our Platform infringes your rights, submit a takedown request to takedown@stagedoorsociety.com.

Your request must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the specific URL(s) on our Platform where the allegedly infringing material appears; (3) your contact information (name, address, telephone, email); (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We will review and respond to valid takedown requests within 48 hours. Confirmed infringing links will be removed immediately and the source will be flagged in our Trust Verification System.

Counter-notifications may be submitted if you believe content was removed in error. We will process counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Repeat infringement by any indexed source will result in permanent removal from our database.
