*Two Strangers* Is Borrowing Taylor Swift's Spotlight, and It Might Actually Work

Broadway's Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York) has been doing something clever with Taylor Swift's cultural gravity, and the approach is either scrappy marketing genius or a reminder that the show needs a bigger hook than its reviews. The British import has gotten terrific notices. Terrific notices, as any Broadway producer will tell you, do not automatically sell seats.
