The ECC Youth Competition

The ECC Youth Competition will be held as part of the 14th European Clarinet Congress at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland. The competition is open to young clarinettists in two age categories: Junior Category: born on or after January 1st, 2006 Senior Category: born between October 30th, 2003 and December 31st, 2005 The competition consists of two rounds. The Preliminary Round will be conducted online, followed by the Final Round, held in person on the 29th and 30th of October, 2026 during the European Clarinet Congress. The competition offers prestigious prizes sponsored by its partners. The winners will receive the clarinet: a Buffet Crampon Tradition Clarinet in the Senior Category and an RZ Conservatory Clarinet in the Junior Category. Additional prizes will include clarinet accessories. Application deadline: 12th of September 2026.
