Vail International Dance Festival
The Vail International Dance Festival is an annual summer festival held July 31–August 10, 2026, featuring world-class dance performances, new choreographic commissions, and master classes. The festival celebrates its 20th anniversary under Artistic Director Damian Woetzel, marking two decades of commissioning over 100 new works. The 2026 season features Alexei Ratmansky as Artist-In-Residence and includes performances by Martha Graham Dance Company, Rennie Harris Puremovement, Colorado Ballet, and dancers from major companies including New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, and the Royal Danish Ballet.
