Baritone (lyric)
French
A French baritone of considerable lyrical grace and theatrical intelligence, Aimery Lefèvre emerged from rigorous conservatory training to become one of his generation's most compelling interpreters of Baroque and Classical repertoire. After his 2005 professional debut as Aeneas in *Dido and Aeneas* at the Opéra de Lyon, he ascended rapidly through France's major opera houses, establishing himself at the Opéra national de Paris and becoming a regular at the Théâtre National du Capitole in Toulouse. His combination of vocal refinement, stylistic versatility, and dramatic acuity—spanning from Rossini buffo to French lyric tradition to contemporary opera—has secured his standing as one of France's most accomplished baritones.
