Robert Stanley Crewe was an American singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer and manager, best known mainly for co-writing and producing a string of Top 10 singles with Bob Gaudio for the 1960s pop rock band The Four Seasons.

Bob Crewe rose from self-taught musician to become one of the most prolific and commercially successful songwriters and producers of the 1960s, achieving his breakthrough as co-writer and producer of The Rays' "Silhouettes" in 1957 before establishing an unparalleled partnership with The Four Seasons that yielded some of the decade's most indelible pop hits. Simultaneously maintaining a recording career as a vocalist and bandleader while cultivating a parallel identity as a visual artist, Crewe embodied the multidisciplinary creative spirit of mid-century American entertainment. His recognition with induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1985 acknowledged a career of uncommon versatility that bridged popular music, visual culture, and entertainment management.
