Carrie Hope Fletcher began her West End career as a child performer at nine years old, making her professional debut as Young Éponine in *Les Misérables* and forging a path through intensive practical training rather than formal conservatory study. Over two decades, she became a West End mainstay, achieving the unprecedented distinction of playing three generations of the Thénardier family in the same production while expanding her range into contemporary musical theatre. Her breakthrough performances in *Heathers: The Musical* and *The Addams Family* established her as one of London's most accomplished musical theatre actresses, earning multiple WhatsOnStage Awards and cultivating a devoted following both on stage and through her digital platforms.
