Beginning his professional journey in 1993 with emerging Spanish dance companies, Rodríguez ascended to prominence through his long association with the Antonio Gades Company, where he became a principal interpreter of Gades's groundbreaking fusion of classical ballet and flamenco. His subsequent work with the Antonio Márquez Ballet expanded his repertoire across the full spectrum of Spanish dance, culminating in the prestigious Teatro Real inauguration of *El sombrero de tres picos*—a moment that confirmed his status as one of contemporary Spain's most accomplished dancers.
