Jennifer Loring emerged as a published writer in her early twenties and achieved her first professional recognition at twenty-four, establishing herself through short fiction and novellas before her debut novel in 2015. Her work in horror fiction, informed by feminist scholarship and visual art practice, has appeared in Bram Stoker Award-nominated anthologies and prestigious literary venues, while her academic trajectory culminated in a PhD in interdisciplinary humanities. Today, she operates across multiple creative and pedagogical domains—as a published novelist, adjunct instructor, editor, and visual artist—maintaining a deliberately expansive artistic practice rooted in genre fiction and critical cultural inquiry.
