Prescribed ballet as a child to address physical challenges, Lynette Wills transformed medical intervention into artistic mastery, joining The Australian Ballet in 1991 and ascending to Principal Artist in 2002 following her acclaimed performance as the Baroness von Rothbart in Graeme Murphy's *Swan Lake*. Over seventeen years as a Principal, she commanded both classical and contemporary repertoire with technical refinement and interpretive depth, retiring from the stage in 2008 to establish herself as a transformative dance educator, serving as Head of Teaching and Learning at The Australian Ballet School and currently as Head of Dance at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School.
