Mitch Sebastian is a British theatre director, choreographer and performer. He has been nominated for an Olivier Award and Whatsonstage Award for writing, directing and choreographing The Rat Pack: Live from Las Vegas. He was Artistic Director of Kilworth House Theatre 2005-2015. He won a BAFTA Award as part of the creative team behind the children's animated TV series, Yoko! Jakamoto! Toto!.

Beginning as a prodigy dancer on the West End stage at seventeen, Mitch Sebastian built a distinguished performing career across London's most prestigious musical theatre productions, from *Cats* to *Les Misérables*, while simultaneously developing his directorial voice. By the 1990s, he transitioned to become a visionary director and choreographer, creating large-scale concert productions and earning critical acclaim for *The Rat Pack: Live from Las Vegas*, which toured globally and garnered major award nominations. His creative influence extended to Broadway through his radical reimagining of *Pippin* with Stephen Schwartz, establishing him as a significant force in contemporary musical theatre direction and choreography.
