Trained in the operatic heartland of Buenos Aires and refined in Germany's rigorous conservatory system, Nidia Palacios debuted professionally in 1995 with a command of the Mozart-Rossini canon that would define her early career. Her victories in the Nuevas Voces Líricas competition (1995) and the Concorso Internazionale Giuseppe di Stefano (1997) positioned her for roles across European opera houses, where she has sustained a presence for nearly three decades.
