Career Trajectory

Beginning ballet at age five in Chiba Prefecture, Suguru Otsuka progressed through rigorous classical training at Tokyo's K-Ballet School before advancing to the Hamburg Ballet School, where he absorbed the exacting traditions of European ballet pedagogy.
