Over the course of more than three decades, Wendy Bobbitt Cavett has evolved from touring music director into one of Broadway's most sought-after conductors and vocal coaches, establishing her reputation through landmark productions including the original *Mamma Mia!* and *Hamilton* before ascending to the position of Music Director for the Tony-winning *Come From Away*. Her work encompasses not only the conducting and musical direction of Broadway and touring productions but also the development of new musicals and the mentorship of emerging performers through her faculty positions at major educational institutions.
