NEW YORK CITY BALLET INC paid its Executive Director $780,182 in fiscal year 2025 while AGMA apprentice dancers earned as little as $44,200 annually, a 17.7x gap, the widest recorded across 187 performing arts organizations. The ballet's corps minimum of $85,800 still leaves the executive-to-performer ratio at 9.1x. Across the full 187-org dataset, total disclosed executive compensation reached $82.3 million.
