Entrance
The main entrance faces Teatralnaya Square from the north. Visitors arriving by metro should exit at Teatralnaya, Okhotny Ryad, or Ploshchad Revolyutsii stations; Teatralnaya is the closest and most direct approach to the theatre's front façade.
Intermission
The Bolshoi's grand foyer and bar areas can become crowded during intermissions. Arrive early to secure refreshments; the theatre's architectural grandeur makes the interval itself a notable experience.

Street parking near Teatralnaya Square is limited and heavily regulated. The nearest paid parking facilities are in the surrounding Tverskoy District; expect 5–15 minute walks. Ride-share drop-off is feasible on the square itself, though traffic can be congested during performance hours.
