Entrance
Main entrance at 222 West 51st Street, between Broadway and Eighth Avenue. The soaring lobby, which doubles as a gallery of theatrical memorabilia, is worth arriving early to appreciate.
Intermission
At 1,933 seats, the Gershwin's bars and restrooms will be crowded during intermission. Arrive early to the theatre and use facilities before the show begins if possible.
Accessibility
The theatre has 4 wheelchair spaces. Architect Ralph Alswang designed the venue with optimized acoustics as a core philosophy; sound quality is consistent throughout orchestra and mezzanine levels. For specific accessibility questions, contact the box office directly.

Public Transit
42nd Street–Times Square station (1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, W trains) is the closest major hub, approximately 2–3 blocks south. The 42nd Street–Port Authority Bus Terminal (M42 bus) is also nearby. Ride-share drop-off is feasible on 51st Street or adjacent avenues.
Parking
Street parking in the Theater District is notoriously difficult. Nearest parking garages are within a 2-3 block radius; expect $15–$25 for evening parking. Consider ride-share or public transit.
