Practice room access for affiliated performers can be arranged through the university's facilities office — visiting artists with institutional affiliations should inquire. The Hardenbergstraße campus is a 5-minute walk from the Charlottenburg theater cluster.

The Hanns Eisler is physically the closest conservatory to the Staatsoper and Komische Oper — many performers working in these houses have connections to the school. Public recitals and studio concerts are listed on the school website.
