Entrance
Main entrance on Broadway (1634 Broadway). The marquee is visible from the street; arrive via the 50th Street subway stations for direct access to the Theater District.
Intermission
The Winter Garden's orchestra pit and proscenium design create natural sightline advantages in center Orchestra (rows D–J) and Mezzanine (rows A–C). The bar area can become congested during intermission; arrive early to the theatre if you plan to use the facilities. Standing-room-only (SRO) spaces—approximately 33 spots in the Orchestra section—are available for sold-out shows at reduced prices, though views are limited and standing is required for the entire performance.
Accessibility
The theatre has wheelchair capacity for 3 patrons. Wheelchair-accessible seating is available; contact the box office in advance to reserve. The venue is a New York City Landmark with Beaux-Arts architecture; accessibility features should be confirmed directly with the Shubert Organization box office (shubert.nyc) prior to purchase.

Public Transit
50th Street station (1 line at Broadway) is the closest subway stop—direct access via the 1 train. Alternative: 50th Street stations on the C and E lines (one block east). The A and B lines also serve nearby stations. Exit toward Broadway and walk south to 1634 Broadway. Typical walk time: 3–5 minutes.
Parking
Street parking in Midtown Manhattan is limited and expensive. Nearest parking garages: Shubert Theatre garage (adjacent), typical rates $20–$35 for evening performances. Walk time from garage to theatre: 2–5 minutes. Ride-share drop-off on Broadway or side streets; expect congestion during pre-show hours.
