Synopsis
Two small-town kids from the wrong side of the Texas tracks, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, dream of escaping poverty for fame and fortune. When their paths cross during the Great Depression, they embark on a crime spree that makes them the most notorious outlaws in American history and reluctant folk heroes. Frank Wildhorn's musical follows their doomed love story from first meeting to final ambush, asking whether their pursuit of the American Dream was ever anything more than a death wish.
