A willful child, punished for his misbehavior, finds himself alone in his room as the objects and creatures around him come to life in a fantastical revenge. Furniture, toys, and animals—from an armchair and clock to a teapot and squirrel—emerge from the shadows to torment the boy with their grievances. A cat and a frog engage in a surreal courtship dance while numbers and letters from his schoolbooks materialize as abstract forms. As the chaos intensifies, the child's own shadow appears, fragmenting and multiplying in a dizzying display. Through this dreamlike ordeal, the boy gradually transforms, discovering compassion when he tends to a wounded squirrel. The magical creatures vanish, and the child, humbled and changed, calls out for his mother, suggesting redemption through empathy and growth.
