Synopsis
King Henry IV faces rebellion from the powerful Percy family while his dissolute son Prince Hal wastes his days in the taverns of Eastcheap with the irrepressible Sir John Falstaff. As civil war looms, Hal must choose between the world of misrule and his duty to the crown, culminating in a fateful confrontation with the rebel Hotspur on the battlefield of Shrewsbury.
