Synopsis
The huntsman Max must win a shooting contest to marry his beloved Agathe, but his aim has deserted him. In desperation, he visits the Wolf's Glen at midnight to cast seven magic bullets with the sinister Caspar, six will hit any target, but the seventh belongs to the devil. At the contest, the devil's bullet nearly kills Agathe, but divine intervention saves her, and a hermit secures Max's redemption.
