Jinkx Monsoon Takes *Oh, Mary!* to London. Bold Choice or Perfect One?

The West End transfer of Oh, Mary! just got its lead, and it is not Maya Rudolph. Jinkx Monsoon, RuPaul's Drag Race royalty, Doctor Who villain, and one of the most technically accomplished comedic performers working today, will headline the Trafalgar Theatre run. This is either the most inspired replacement casting of the year or a fascinating experiment in what the show actually is without the person who made it famous.
