Deep-Heat Rivalry Is the Spoof Broadway (and London) Needed Right Now

A parody of the Heated Rivalry hockey musical just opened at London's The Other Palace, and it is exactly the kind of irreverent, self-aware comedy that theatre needs more of. The spoof exists because Heated Rivalry gave it permission to exist, and that permission is more valuable than any serious dramatic work.
