1st International Wind Orchestra Conducting Competition

The aim of the 1st International Wind Orchestra Conducting Competition in Buñol, Valencia, city with a rich tradition of brass bands, is to discover and promote talented conductors from all over the world. Conductors of any nationality and no age limit can participate. It will be developed in three rounds. The jury will choose a pre-selection of contestants from the videos submitted. A maximum of 20 candidates will be chosen to move on to the first round. Four prizes and the possibility to conduct main wind orchestras from Spain and Lithuania involved in this competition for the next two seasons 2027/28 and 2028/29.
