Defining moments and milestones
Jack Bertinshaw trained in Australia and Switzerland before joining The National Ballet of Canada as an apprentice in 2011, where he has risen to First Soloist and become known for his dynamic range across classical and contemporary repertoire. He gained particular distinction by creating the role of Norman McLaren in Guillaume Côté and Robert Lepage's Frame by Frame, earning a Dora Mavor Moore Award nomination in 2019.
