As a child, a narrator begins compiling a list of everything worth living for, ice cream, water fights, the color yellow, to cheer up their suicidal mother. The list grows through adolescence, university, marriage, and loss, becoming a lifeline against inherited depression. This intimate, interactive one-person show uses humor and audience participation to explore mental illness, resilience, and the small things that keep us going.
