In 1920s Manhattan, the fading vaudeville queen Queenie throws a raucous, booze-fueled party to reignite the passion of her violent lover Burrs. As the night spirals into excess, Queenie falls for the mysterious Mr. Black, and jealousy, desire, and desperation push everyone toward a shattering climax. The party becomes a pressure cooker of Jazz Age decadence that ends in gunfire.
